Nathan D. Williams has always served residents across the state of Kentucky, and in 2017 answered the call in his heart to move back to his hometown of Campbellsville, Kentucky. He partners with his father to operate the county’s only certified organic dairy, and opened the first and only expansion office of the firm Bahe Cook Cantley & Nefzger on Broadway in Campbellsville.

Williams also advocates for victim’s rights and serves as a lobbyist for the Kentucky Justice Association. He regularly meets with members of the Kentucky State Legislature and testifies in committee hearings to educate lawmakers on the implications of certain laws. He fights hard to ensure victims of negligence and wrongdoing in our state are protected by law.

Prior to joining BCCN, Williams practiced litigation for a large regional firm, and defended some of the world’s largest corporations. It was through this experience that Williams recognized his deep desire to advocate for victims of negligence and injury, and decided to join the esteemed law firm of Bahe Cook Cantley & Nefzger in 2010. Williams became a partner at the firm in 2015, and specializes in a broad range of personal injury cases including medical malpractice, products liability, vaccination injuries, toxic exposure, and auto accidents. He has expanded his practice to meet the needs of his clients, including estate planning and small business startups.

Williams has been named a Super Lawyers® Rising Star, and was selected as a 2020 Kentucky Super Lawyers® Rising Star for personal injury. Williams takes pride in bringing closure to his clients in the form of a capable, efficient job well done and substantial successful settlements and verdicts. His pledge is to advocate for his clients from start to finish, and he would be happy to review your case with you.
